As part of this initiative, the San Miguel Arcángel Hospital will have a specialized team in endoscopy and gastroenterology, in addition to an anesthesiologist and two medical assistants. In the Nicolás A. Solano Hospital, a hospital care team made up of specialists in cardiology, family medicine, midwifery, and audiology will be incorporated, who join the doctor and nurse experts in trauma who have been supporting since November 17. Minister Boyd Galindo emphasized that this joint work between professionals from Panama and the United States seeks to bring hope, dignity, and specialized care to the communities that need it most. “The National Government reaffirms its commitment to work hand in hand to strengthen health services and ensure a healthier future for Panamanian families,” the minister stated.
